Coteuro is currently offering free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (excluding taxes).
Please note we cannot guarantee expedited delivery to P.O. Boxes, rural postal codes or Territories.
Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 2pm est will be shipped on the same day Monday to Friday.
All orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
15 DAY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
If you are not happy with your purchase or would like to exchange for any reason, simply return the product to us for exchange or refund.
Extended return period for the holidays:
Returns will be honored up to January 31st for all orders placed between November 1st and December 25th
How do I return an Item?
Email us at Couteuro@gmail.com. Please include information about your order and a reason for your request. Our Customer Care team will contact you with the return information required.
Return Criteria
All merchandise must be returned in new condition. The item(s) should be accompanied by the original components and accessories. Returns that do not meet these criteria will either be denied or subject to a partial refund.
Upon receiving your returned merchandise, a refund of the amount paid for the product will be initiated immediately. The transaction may need 10 – 15 business days to be processed and posted. The refund will be issued to the method of payment that was used to make the original purchase. We cannot refund different accounts or credit cards.
Return Shipping
Kindly ship your return package to the designated address noted on your return notice sent by us for a full refund. We will not cover the cost of return shipping. Please note that return instructions including return number will be sent to you by our Customer Care team prior to shipping your return.
Clearly label the outside of the box with "RETURNED GOODS" and information provided to help customs and the warehouse process the return as quickly as possible.
Please also indicate a commercial value of no more than twenty dollars ($20.00) on the shipment.
These steps help our warehouse & customs process the shipment faster - allowing you to get your refund sooner.
For all returns, clearly indicate that the shipment is a return on the outside of the package to help the carrier and our customer care team process your request efficiently.
Please Note
Couteuro is not responsible for lost returns. Please send the package with a carrier that will return the package during business hours and not a pick up location. If a return is sent to the incorrect address or if custom fees are applied, the cost will be deducted from the return. Any packages delivered COD will be sent back to the customer. To avoid customs fees, please indicate the commercial value of the return is no more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00).
